Jerry Goodman
Jerry Goodman was born and raised in Pikeville and is the son of the late Myrtle Goodman Raynor and Lloyd Goodman. A graduate of Charles B. Aycock High School in 1968, he received an associate degree in Accounting from Wayne Community College in 1970 and an associate degree in Mortuary Science from Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science in 1972. He joined the staff of Seymour Funeral Home in 1974. He is married to the former Judy Gardner and they have a daughter, Ginger Waller and her husband, Keith. He has two grandchildren, Reagan and Hayden Waller. Jerry is a member and past president of the Goldsboro Downtown Lions Club and member and past Exalted Ruler of Goldsboro Elks Lodge #139 B.P.O.E. Jerry and his family attend Stoney Creek Free Will Baptist Church.
