Norma Lee C. Barden

Goldsboro – Mrs. Norma Lee Campschroeder Barden, 77, died Monday morning at Sunbridge Care and Rehabilitation in Mount Olive.

A native of St. Clair Co., Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Charles Campschroeder and Grace Martha Cook Campschroeder and was the widow of Edward Kemp Barden, Sr. Mrs. Barden owned and operated the LeeKemp’s Frame Shop and was a member of Goldsboro Friends Meeting.

Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Willow Dale Cemetery with Jan Greene officiating.

Mrs. Barden is survived by her daughters, Patricia Testerman and husband, Conard of Stanton, CA and Barbara Barden of Goldsboro; her sons, Edward Kemp Barden, Jr. and wife, Rosemary (Pee Wee) of Goldsboro and John W. Barden and wife, Cathy of Eureka; five grandchildren, Amy Joyner Smothers, Melissa Newsome, Amanda Merritt, Cristie Uzzell and Angela Perry; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at the home of Kemp and Pee Wee Barden, 3392 US 117 Hwy. North, Goldsboro.
