Dorothy Evans Blizzard

Goldsboro
– Mrs. Dorothy Evans Blizzard, 61, of 138 Sandhill Drive, died
Sunday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
A native of Wayne County, she was the daughter of Annie Aycock Evans
of LaGrange and the late Jesse Naway Evans. Mrs. Blizzard was a
member of Victory Free Will Baptist Church and the Women Active for
Christ, serving as Secretary for 19 years.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Victory Free Will
Baptist Church with Dr. Rick Cason officiating. Burial will follow
in Wayne Memorial Park.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Blizzard is survived by her husband,
Willie Edward Blizzard; her sons, Earl Blizzard of Pikeville and
Randy Blizzard of Goldsboro; sisters, Eleanor Mae Smith of Goldsboro
and Nellie Carter of LaGrange; and two granddaughters, Kathryn
Elizabeth Blizzard and Miranda Elizabeth Blizzard.

Baptist Church Building Fund, 1806 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro,

The family will receive friends Monday from 7-9 p.m. at Seymour
Funeral Home and other times at the residence of Earl Blizzard, 200
Duck Ridge Drive, Pikeville. |
