Barbara Jean Johnson Brock

Goldsboro – Barbara Jean Johnson Brock, 71, of Zebulon, formally of Goldsboro, died Saturday at Wake Medical Center.

Mrs. Brock was born in Durham County to the late Dwight W. Johnson, Sr. and Lyda Clarene Johnson Johnson. She was married to the late Linwood M. Brock. Mrs. Brock retired from restaurant food service and was a homemaker. She was also a member of AARP and in the TOPS Chapter.

Graveside services will be held 4:00 P. M. Tuesday at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Glen Brock and Rev. Earl Roach officiating.

Mrs. Brock is survived by her son, Glenwood Morris Brock and wife Annette of Zebulon; granddaughter, Kayla Renee Brock of Zebulon; sister, Rebecca Ragan of Durham; brother, Gerald Wayne Johnson of Durham; sister-in-law, Dolly Ruth Rouse and special friend, Jean Hubbard.

The family will receive friends Monday from 7:00-8:30 at Seymour Funeral Home.
