Clifton Ray Dail

Mr. Clifton Ray Dail ,60, of Goldsboro., died Saturday at the Veterans Hospital in Durham. A native of Wayne County, he was the son of the late Gurney and Pearl Radford Dail. Mr. Dail was owner and operator of “Ma’s Little Kitchen”. He was a 1961 graduate of Goldsboro High School and was a veteran of the United States Navy where he received the National Defense Service Metal.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3:30 P. M. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Bailey officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Willow Dale Cemetery.

Surviving: sisters, Desiree Lipscomb, Irene Collier, Clarice Smith, Betty Evans, and Lily Rose Combs all of Goldsboro; brother, Bobby Dail of Goldsboro; ten nieces and twelve nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Lloyd “Red” Dail and Roy Dail.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2:30 P. M. until 3:30 P. M. at the funeral home and at other times will be at the residence of Jerry and Pam Reason, 115 Pate Circle, in the Rosewood community.
