Linda Williams Daniels

Goldsboro – Mrs. Linda Williams Daniels, 50, of 212 Proctor Street, died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

A native of Wilson County, she was the daughter of the late Norman Williams and Edna Newton Williams and was the transportation manager for General Industries. Mrs. Daniels was an active member of the Patetown Church of God and the church choir.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Patetown Church of God with Rev. Alton Childers, Rev. Donald Daniels and Rev. Bill Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Pikeville Cemetery.

Mrs. Daniels is survived by her husband, Troy Daniels; a daughter, Nicole Daniels of New York; a son, Brian Daniels and wife, Shannon of Fremont; grandchildren, Lindsey Daniels and Benjamin Daniels; her twin sister, Brenda Lynch and husband, Bob of Georgia; a sister, Sharon McMurray and husband, Scott of Aylett; her paternal grandmother, Mattie Williams of Eden and her paternal grandfather, Bill Britton of Chadbourn.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 7-9 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
