Fannie Barwick Daughtry
Goldsboro – Mrs. Fannie Barwick Daughtry, 85, died Tuesday at the Brian Center.
A native of Duplin County, she was the daughter of the late Hiriam Barwick and Katie Reaves Barwick. As a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church, Mrs. Daughtry was a member of the Good Samaritan Sunday School Class and the United Methodist Women.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Earl Dulaney and Rev. Bob Bame officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Dale Cemetery.
Mrs. Daughtry is survived by her husband, Richard Fetner Daughtry, Sr. of Goldsboro; a son, Richard Fetner Daughtry, Jr. and his wife, Bennie of Columbia, SC; a daughter, Ann Daughtry Crawford and husband, Russell of Dudley; four grandchildren, Richard F. (Trey) Daughtry III and wife, Amy of Killeen, TX, Emily R. Daughtry of Richmond, VA, Beth A. Rivenbark of Goldsboro and Jessica L. Rivenbark of Dudley; and two brothers, Leonard Barwick of San Juan Capistrano, CA and David A. Barwick of El Cajon, CA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Memorials may be made to St. Luke United Methodist Church, 1608 Pine Street, Goldsboro, NC 27530.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at the home of her daughter, 238 Hwy. 13 South, Dudley.
