Rose Teresa Guido D'Auria

LaGrange – Mrs. Rose Teresa Guido D’Auria, 81, of 306 Dobbs Drive, died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

A native of Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late Dominic Guido and Nicoletta Triano Guido and was married to the late Andrew D’Auria. Mrs. D’Auria was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church. Rev. William Ruhl, O.S.F.S. will preside. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. D’Auria is survived by her daughter, Maria D. Gambella and husband, Nicholas of the home; a son, Salvatore D’Auria and wife, Ludsmila of Brooklyn,NY; grandchildren, Nicholas Gambella and wife, Edna, Andrew D’Auria and wife, Eilissa, Patrick D’Auria and wife, Angel and Christopher D’Auria; a great-granddaughter, Katherine Gambella; brothers, Felix Guido of New York and Marc Guido of Florida; sisters, Vivian Wolensack of Virginia and Jean Colona of New York.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Parascandola and a brother, Joe Guido.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church, 1000 N. Jefferson Ave., Goldsboro, NC 27530.

The family will receive friends at Seymour Funeral Home on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-5 p.m. and from 7-9 p.m. with a wake service beginning on Friday at 7 p.m.
