Ms. Fowler is survived by her children, Shane Jacob Noren and Jack Wal de mar Noren of Seven Springs; her mother, Linda Ely of Seven Springs; and two sisters, Traci Pauline Cevallos of Goldsboro and Charlotte Stellone of Chicago.
