Goldsboro – Debra Eileen Grider, 44, died Friday in Jacksonville. Ms. Grider was a registered nurse.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Norman Ard officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.

She is survived by a son, Shawn Philip Howell of Durham; her mother, Dorothy W. Grider of Goldsboro; brothers, Karl E. Grider and wife, Linda of Goldsboro and Mark A. Grider and wife, Joyce of Silver Springs, FL; nieces and nephew; Bridget Harmon and husband, Jason, Jason Grider and wife, Ashley, Heather Grider and Danielle Grider; a great-niece, Taylor Grider; and an uncle, Charles Worrell and wife, Bobbie of Kingsport, TN.

The family will receive friends Monday from 7-9 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at the home of Karl and Linda Grider, 141 Howell Road, Goldsboro.
