Odis Willard Hoggard
Goldsboro – Mr. Odis Willard Hoggard, 69, of 123 Vance Drive, died
Friday morning at Duke University Medical Center.
A native of Bertie County, he was the son of the late Wayland W. and
Mildred Williford Hoggard. Mr. Hoggard was a graduate of West Bertie
High School and was retired from Bell-Howell Company. A Viet Nam
veteran, he served twenty four years in the United States Air Force.
A graveside service with full military honors will be held Monday at
3:00 PM at Pikeville Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Simpson Hoggard; sons, Lawrence
Hoggard, Gary Hoggard and wife, Amber, and Warren Hoggard, all of
Goldsboro; sisters, Ophelia Campbell and husband, Wilbur, of
Washington, NC, Rosa Lee Baisey and husband, David, of Roxobel, NC
and Evelyn Humerickhouse of Rocky Mount, NC and two grandsons,
Brandon and Wayland Hoggard.
