Bessie Ray Johnson

Goldsboro - Mrs. Bessie Ray Johnson, 65, of 3346 Hwy. 70 West, died Sunday at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Claude and Lola Simmons Ray. Mrs. Johnson attended Liberty Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Funeral services will be 7 P. M. Tuvices will be 7 P. M. Tuesday at Seymour Funeral Home with Rev. Berry House and Rev. Bobby Dickinson officiating. Internment will be 11 A. M. Wednesday at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.

Surviving: husband, Herbert Johnson; daughter, Lola Creech of Manassas, Va.; son, Dale Champlin of Raleigh; sister, Betty Minear of Buffalo, MO; granddaughters, Ashley Nicole Creech and Lindsey Erin Creech.

The family will receive friends following the service Tuesday night.
