Shirley Mae Law Kiewert

Goldsboro – Mrs. Shirley Mae Law Kiewert, 66, of 1614 Old Grantham Road, died Tuesday, June 4, 2002, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

A native of Montgomery, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Pearl and Simon E. Law and was employed with Excell-Linde. Mrs. Kiewert was a volunteer with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and enjoyed fishing, camping and the outdoors.

Funeral services will be Friday, June 7, 2002, at 7 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dennis Pollock officiating. Private interment will be at Wayne Memorial Park.

She is survived by her sons, Mike Kiewert and wife, Kim of Goldsboro, Donald Kiewert and wife, Patricia of LaGrange, and Kenneth Kiewert and Marc Kiewert, both of Dudley; grandchildren, Kimberly Spencer, Robin Mahan, Stephen Kiewert, Scott Kiewert, Ryan Kiewert and LeAnn Mozingo; and a brother, Bill Law of Montgomery, Ala.

Mrs. Kiewert was preceded in death by her sister, Avis Turberville and her brother, Edward Law.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 971, Goldsboro, NC 27533.

The family will greet friends following the service at the funeral home and other times at the home of Don and Pat Kiewert, 101 Queen Drive, LaGrange.
