Clinton Edward Lancaster, Sr.
 Pikeville – Clinton Edward Lancaster, Sr., 81, of 695 Lancaster Road, died Monday at his home.
A native of Wayne County, he was the son of the late Mack Daniel Lancaster, Sr. and Elma Pate Lancaster. Mr. Lancaster was a retired farmer in the Pikeville Community and was a member of Mount Carmel United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Mount Carmel United Methodist Church with Rev. Gerald Massey, Rev. Wayne Hicks and Rev. Andy Stoval officiating. Entombment will be at the Pikeville Cemetery.
Mr. Lancaster is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Crumpler Lancaster; daughters, Jane Williford and husband, Wray of Fremont, Penny Davis and husband, Keith of Eureka and Ginger Stathelson and husband, John David of Durham; two sons, Clinton Edward “Ed” Lancaster, Jr. of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Daniel Albert “Danny” Lancaster of Pikeville; grandchildren, Weldon Williford and wife Jenifer, Erica Tillman and husband Seth, Clinton Ashley Williford, Kevin Davis, and Margaret Ann Stathelson; great-grandchildren, Cody Tillman, Brianne Tillman, Trey Tillman and Adam Tillman; four sisters, Pauline L. Davis of Fremont, Iva L. West of New Bern, Evelyn Lancaster of Pikeville and Hilda L. Peele of Pikeville; and two brothers, Ervin Lancaster and Mack Lancaster, both of Pikeville; and a sister-in-law, Peggy Howell Lancaster of Pikeville.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Wiley Lancaster.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at his residence.
