Sarah Karmen Lassiter

Pikeville – Sarah Karmen Lassiter, 21 month old daughter of Dean and Sandii Lassiter, died Friday at Pitt Memorial Hospital.

A celebration to remember Sarah will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the First Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Jimmy Whitfield officiating.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Sadie Kathryn Lassiter; her maternal grandparents, Sharoyn M. Sims of Goldsboro and Lowell Wayne Sims of Copperas Cove, TX; her paternal grandparents, John and Linda Lassiter of Goldsboro; her maternal great-grandmother, Maude Sims of California; her aunts and uncles, Caroyn and Clint Borel, Gena and Jody O’Neal, and Marc and Dawn Lassiter; and her cousins, Haley Lassiter, Frankie Lassiter, Emily Borel and Dillon Borel.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 930-B Wellness Drive, Greenville, NC 27834.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at their home, 882 Vail Road, Pikeville.
