William Earl Outlaw

Goldsboro – Mr. William Earl Outlaw, 76, of 211 Forest Knolls Road, died Tuesday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital in Kinston.

A native of Duplin County, he was the son of the late Leon H. Outlaw and Beulah Mae Whitman Outlaw and was married to the late Jean Potter Outlaw. Mr. Outlaw was a retired mechanic with the North Carolina Forest Services and was a member of St. John Free Will Baptist Church. Mr. Outlaw served his country in the United States Navy.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Alan Lamm officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.

Mr. Outlaw is survived by his daughters, Linda Shipman of Seven Springs, Debby Coffey of Goldsboro and Paula Lane of Goldsboro; his son, Glenn Outlaw of Goldsboro; his sisters, Evelyn O. Sutton of Goldsboro and Nellie O. Guy of Calypso; his brother, Emmette Outlaw of Mount Olive; and seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Wednesday at Seymour Funeral Home from 7-9 p.m. and other times at the home of Paula Lane, 708 Ditchbank Road, Goldsboro.
