Benny Mack Pennington

Clinton - Benny Mack Pennington, 51, of 4810 Faison Highway died
Sunday night.
A native of Wayne County, he was the son of Betty McLawhon
Pennington of Goldsboro and the late Milford Pennington. He was a
salesman with Lawson Company and attended Grace Methodist Church in
Clinton.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 AM at Seymour Funeral
Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Bailey and Rev. John Tyson officiating.
Burial will follow in Falling Creek United Methodist Church
Cemetery.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Christy
Ennis and husband, Derek of Grifton; a son, Benny “Mack” Pennington,
Jr. and wife, Michelle of Willow Springs; two grandchildren, Jordan
Ennis and Ryan Ennis of Grifton; sisters, Kim Corbitt and husband,
Charles of Nahunta, Terri Huffman and husband, Cecil of Rocky Mount
and Penny Jo Howell and husband, Johnnie of Pikeville; brother, Rex
Pennington and wife, Jan of Goldsboro; the mother of his children,
Linda Pennington of LaGrange; a special friend, Fran Miller and her
daughter, Lauren Miller of Clinton, and several nieces and nephews.
Although flowers are welcome, memorials may be made to the American
Diabetes Association, 2315A Sunset Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 until 9 PM at Seymour
Funeral and at other times, at the home of Mrs. Betty Pennington,
114 Perkins Road, Goldsboro, NC and at the home of Mrs. Linda
Pennington, 2352 New Hope Road, LaGrange, NC.
