Arnold Woodard Perkins

Arnold Woodard Perkins, 92, died Thursday at Britthaven Nursing Home.


A native of Wayne County, he was the son of the late Nathan Eugene Perkins and Nancy Jane Grantham Perkins. Mr. Perkins was a retired farmer.


Funeral services were held Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Howard Seymour officiating. Burial followed in the Neuse Friends Meeting Cemetery.


Mr. Perkins is survived by his brothers, Eugene Perkins and Elmer S. Perkins; and his sisters, Esther P. Wilson, Ruth P. Samons and Inez P. Bush.
