Richard Winfield Rasor

Goldsboro – MSGT (Retired) Richard Winfield Rasor, 80, of Goldsboro, died Tuesday, January 28, 2003, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

A native of Oklahoma City, OK, he was the son of the late Martin and Verda Rasor and was married to the late Oma Gunter Rasor. Mr. Rasor was a retired Commissary Officer with the United States Air Force.

Graveside services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery with full military honors.

Mr. Rasor is survived by his daughters, Gwynn Wissuchek and husband Ron of Bloomfield, Conn., Lynn Tyler and husband Ken of Goldsboro and a son, Rick Rasor and wife, Brenda of Greenville, SC; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 7-9 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
