George Frank Seymour

LaGrange – Mr. George Frank “G.F.” Seymour, 69, of 2524 Oakdale Road, died Wednesday at Carteret General Hospital in Morehead City.

A native of Wayne County, he was the son of the late Frank and Cleo Rose Seymour. He was a retired partner with H. Weil Brothers and a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.

A graveside service will be held Friday at 11 AM at Willow Dale Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Hattie Elizabeth Smith Seymour; children, Frank Seymour and his wife, Linda and their family Lauren, Elise and William of Snow Hill, Jan Odgers and husband, Ted and their children, Sarah, Teddy and Kate of Raleigh, Caron Stewart and husband, Roark and their children, Garth, Nick and Georgeann of Goldsboro, Buddy Seymour and wife, Kelly and their children, Haley and Will of Greensboro; sisters, Margaret St. John of Emerald Ise and Jenny Rose Seymour of Dudley.

In lieu of flowers, memorials made be may to the American Heart Association, 3015 S. Memorial Drive, S-A, Greenville, NC 27834

The family will receive friends following the service and at other times at the residence.
