Virginia S. Sisk

Goldsboro – Mrs. Virginia S. Sisk, 81, died Saturday at the Brian Center.

A native of Danville, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late William S. Sisk and Viola VanDyke Sisk and was the widow of Alton B. Sisk. Mrs. Sisk was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Cleveland Memorial Park in Shelby, NC. Dr. Billy Seate will officiate.

Mrs. Sisk is survived by her daughter, Shelia Warrick and her husband, Jackie of Goldsboro, a sister, Ruth Canipe of Shelby; two grandchildren, Jay Warrick of Goldsboro and Jenny Warrick Bartik of Goldsboro; and her great-granddaughter, Kylie Warrick.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church, 204 E. Chestnut Street, Goldsboro, NC 27534, Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 2402 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC 27534 or the charity of one’s choice.
