Mary Baddour Walker

Goldsboro
– Mrs. Mary Baddour Walker, 80, died Wednesday, June 12, 2002, at
Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A native of Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late Shikrey
Baddour and Victoria Alkazin Baddour and was married to the late
Lt.Col. (Retired) William L. Walker. Mrs. Walker retired as a Court
Reporter with the legal office of Civil Service after 30 years of
service and was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, June 14, 2002, at 11 a.m.
at St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Tom Norris, O.S.F.S.
presiding. Burial will follow in Willow Dale Cemetery.
Mrs. Walker is survived by her sons, William L. Walker, Jr. and
wife, Millie of Rocky Mount and John A. Walker and wife, Pat of
Goldsboro; a brother, Mitchell Baddour and wife, Doris of Goldsboro;
a sister-in-law, Louise Baddour of Goldsboro; and her grandchildren,
Harris Walker, Misty Lumley and Christie Silver; and by several
nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Philip A. Baddour, Sr. and
her sisters, Evelyn B. Mauro, Isabelle B. Dixon and Lorraine B.
Corbett.

2315-A Sunset Ave., Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
A rosary will be said Thursday, June 13, 2002, at 6:30 p.m. at
Seymour Funeral Home and the family will receive friends following
the rosary ‘til 9:00 p.m.
