Dora Creel Watkins

Goldsboro – Mrs. Dora Creel Watkins, 91, of 1804 Hilltop Circle, died Thursday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.

A native of Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late John Creel and Ida Becton Creel and was married to the late George E. Watkins. Mrs. Watkins was a member of Daly’s Chapel Church.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.

Mrs. Watkins is survived by her daughters, Edna W. Moore and husband, William G. Moore of Wilmington and Ida W. Glover of Raleigh; a sister, Floy Goodson of Goldsboro and seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Saturday at Seymour Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. and other times at the residence.
