Marie Turnage Wells

Goldsboro – Mrs. Marie Turnage Wells, 74, of 251 Saulston Road, died Thursday at the Brian Center.

A native of Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late Lester Turnage and Anna Pelt Turnage. Mrs. Kitchens had attended the Tabernacle Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Graveside services will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.

Mrs. Kitchens is survived by her son, Garland Wells of Goldsboro; her daughter, Ola Wright of Goldsboro; her brother, Charles Turnage of Grantham; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Saturday at Seymour Funeral Home from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
