Peggy B. White

Goldsboro – Mrs. Peggy B. White died Friday at SunBridge Care and Rehabilitation in Mount Olive.

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Mrs. White was the daughter of the late Lester S. Boone and Ruth Hampshire Boone and was married to the late Leslie White. Mrs. White was a member of Adamsville Baptist Church and was past Matron of Goldsboro Chapter 54 of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Ray Smeltzer officiating.

Mrs. White is survived by her son, David White of Ruckersville, VA; and her brother, Leonard R. Boone of Snellville, GA.

The family will receive friends Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
