Obituary for Felix Graham Sutton

Felix Graham Sutton, age 3 and 11 months, of Goldsboro, was received by the Angels on Tuesday, September 24, 2019.

On October 28, 2015, God blessed this earth with Felix Graham Sutton. He joined his loving family of Jeff and Morgan. While on this earth, Graham loved his life with his family. He looked forward to the time he got to spend with his mommy and daddy. Graham always enjoyed story time and nobody could tell a story like daddy. Mommy would always sing Itsy Bitsy Spider and Jesus Loves Me with Graham and he would always jump in to help. Graham also loved to tell his own stories and he would always tell it the same way, Once upon a time – the end.

Graham was joy personified. He loved Spiderman and was always looking to web somebody or something. Graham also enjoyed watching Mickey Mouse and Yankee’s Baseball. He brightened every single person he came in contact with! He gave himself to others and he always, always thought about others.

Graham loved Christmas and celebrating birthdays, no matter whose birthday it might be. He would love to tell you “Happy Birthday” and blowing out candles was a big thrill that had to be done twice! Graham was a very courteous little boy and was often rewarded with a visit to his favorite place, Chuck E. Cheese.

A service to celebrate Graham’s life will be held on Friday, September 27, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Stovall officiating. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.

Graham loved his family deeply and is survived by his parents, Morgan and Jeff and was the best big brother to Landon. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, Rick and Karen Sutton; his maternal grandmother, Marilyn Long, his aunts and uncle, Andie and Martin Brownlow and Casey “Dia” Sutton; paternal great-grandmother, Ila Sutton; and cousin, Robby Brownlow.

Graham lived a short, but beautiful life. He gave love, he got love and he played. He touched the lives of so many; our beloved, shining, happy boy was the light of our lives and the star of our hearts and now he leaves us smiling through our tears.

In honor of Graham, please continue to live life by being loving, polite and silly.

Graham always enjoyed riding the train at Herman Park so in his memory memorials may be given to the Kiwanis Club of Goldsboro to help maintain the train or please perform an act of kindness for another child with Graham in mind.

Blessed be his memory.

Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.seymourfuneralhome.com.
